Tagged: Genesis Blocks
Recently i add genesis block plugin to my website. But when i activate the plugin it gives me an fatal error and after that i am not able to login my wordpress dashboard. My site frontend work perfectly but i can't access to the backend of my website. Here is the url of my website: techlydude.com Can anybody check if its the problem with my site or in a plugin. I've been trying for two days but nothing comes up.https://www.techlydude.com
Go to the Cpanel and access wp-content folder and rename the plugins folder to something else like plugins1 this will disable all plugins on your website.
If this resolve the error rename the plugins folder name to original. This will allow you to see all installed plugin on your webiste.
Now, Enable all plugins one by one to see if any plugin cause the problem this way you will find out the bad plugin that caused the problem at first place.
Thankyou so much for your help. I did exactly what you ask me to do. Now i can access dashboard of my website. You are great. Thankyou so much again. I appreciate it.
