About once a month, I go into the backend of my client's site to update plugins and make sure everything is up-to-date. This month, I see that all of the plugins have been automatically updated (and my client only has Editor permissions). What could be doing this? I want to manually update them myself, one at a time.
    Thank you.

Ha! I found out the problem. Apparently my host provider Bluehost just set it up on their end for all wordpress core files, themes and plugins to be automatically updated - without notifying me. So I turned those settings to OFF.
