    I am so confused on trying to figure out which StudioPress themes are HTML5 ready.

    When I shop for themes there is no way to filter which themes for HTML5 and I don't see HTML5 on the themes page at all.

    Where is the list of StudioPress themes that are HTML5 ready?

    As you know StudioPress is releasing new themes in a PRO version so if you see any themes that have been upgraded to the PRO version those are HTML5 ready...

    To speed up the process please post the link to the website in question.

    We recommend using Firebug to view source codes http://getfirebug.com/

    I'm adding the list, because even though they are called "Pro", they are not designated as such on the "Shop for Themes" page (but, you can find them as HTML5 under Theme Features)

    Currently, the list is:

    - Sample
    - Sixteen Nine Pro
    - eleven40 Pro
    - Going Green Pro

    Hi everyone, does anybody know if the (in)spyr theme is already HTML5 enabled? I viewed the source code off demo and I'm currently using theme as well. Appears that it may be but I’m a novice and not certain.

    First line is: <!DOCTYPE html><html>

    Thanks for your help!

    @RobG,

    no I did not know that PRO version meant HTML5 ready and would have never found PRO versions as there is no way to Filter Themes by HTML5 ready or are PRO themes even mentioned on the http://my.studiopress.com/themes/ page

    @Susan
    ,

    Appreciate the list. Thanks very much.

    The Pro versions are themes that StudioPress are upgrading like Eleven40 and Eleven40 Pro. The pro will be HTML5 ready because it's the lates version and StudioPress with be only releasing HTML5 ready themes from this day on as far as I know...

    @swilkins, you are not the only one confused when looking for HTML5 themes so not to worry. Others have stated that you will see the word Pro when you visit the download section. If you did not buy the Plus version, then you will not have access to view all downlaodable themes. I was not able to locate the demo for the Pro versions easily but here are 2 blog psots that will link to them. And not to worry, I am frustrated with this whole HTML5 transition time as well.

    Hope these can help:

    @John_Foley - I'm not sure about (in)SPYR - that's a community market place theme. I just asked on Twitter to find out.

    The word from Brian Gardner on Twitter is that MinimumPRO will be released on Monday.

    As a follow-up - SPYR Media responded to my tweet, and let me know that (in)SPYR is not updated for Genesis 2.0; they are working on an update that will be 🙂

    @Mealtog, thanks for your reply.

    I have the Pro Version and I am an affiliate.

    I am getting questions from those who I've been in conversation with about their purchasing the Genesis Framework and hopefully a theme or two.

    They were searching around StudioPress.com looking for answers and it is NOT obvious which themes are HTML5 ready.

    Do not understand why this information is being hidden.

    On the StudioPress "Shop for Themes" page, HTML is listed as an option under "Theme Category".

    @swilkins, I don't think the info is being hidden. I am a fan here but I do think SP is swamped and cannot keep up. Again, this is only my sense of things. Like you said, why would SP staff NOT want customers to be able to search and easily make a purchase. I can only think that like any other business, they are too swamped and are working on more important things.

    What would be best is to have more filters in place. Today, who really wants a new site that is NOT responsive? It is not easy to filter out responsive + HTML5 at this point.

    LOL: What do you know. They have added an HTML 5 filter in the Themes section.
