I am wondering where exactly am I supposed to post a question regarding the AgentPress Listing plugin because it seems like half of all the posts that asked questions here posted the answers on WordPress.org.

My question is this, is there a way to limit the search to listings with the taxonomy "Available" because I am using it for my rental property business and while it is a terrific plugin, there is always room for improvement. I just don't know where the improvement can be made or if it is already there.

Example can be found on the website link.

Simply put, if a property is not available, I don't want it to show up in the results regardless of whatever taxonomy it is tagged with. For example, If I select 1 bedroom, all 1 bedroom will show up in the results regardless of whether it is available or not. It is a bit of an extra step for clients to select Status when they are only looking for one thing, what's available.

It is a lot like real estate, when an active listing goes under contract, it is no longer available and taken off the market, regardless of whether it is sold or not and clients have no choice but to see only available listings. Is this something we can do with the widget?

Not sure if it is the right place or not.

But there isn't anything in the search widget code that would do that. However the code isn't that complex so it would be fairly straightforward to clone the code and create your own custom widget with the logic you require (assuming you have a moderate of WordPress/PHP coding skills) I have had to do this several times where the Studio Press widgets were not quite flexible enough.
