    Hi,

Are you talking about something like this: http://www.cssmatic.com/box-shadow
or are you talking about showing a graphic around the edges of site-inner/ the body?

    Hi

    I am referring to https://gyazo.com/a6979160bb31477c06dc37a75526046d.

    Where should I paste this text 10px 10px 5px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.75); ?

    Thanks.

Without seeing your website I can only guess site-inner or body, maybe on the :before or :after pseudo-class.
What CSS property are you using with that value?

FYI, the more information you provide the easier it is to help you.
Writing one line questions / answers makes this into a guessing game.
