Where are plugin options stored? We uninstalled Genesis Responsive Slider, then downloaded a fresh install, and the settings we had put in before the uninstall were still there - specifically the page IDs.

This also happened with Genesis Slider.

    Where are these settings stored?

More specifically, they are stored in the options table of your WP database, under the option_name of genesis_responsive_slider_settings.
