Something funky is happening when I insert images into posts/pages using Wellness Pro theme. It seems the image is duplicated, even though I've only inserted it once and have not selected a Feature Image. Can you please provide a resolution? Thanks!

Add the image using the featured image meta box if you want the image displayed on archives.

If you want it displayed on single posts, use code to add the featured image from the featured image meta box to single posts. Don't add the image in the editor.

Thanks for your input. However, my interests have far less to do with wanting a featured image in my pages/posts and far more to do with NOT wanting duplicate images showing up on the page/post as it is here: http://communityvillage.impcd.com/senior-assisted-living-amenities/dining-services-and-nutrition-for-seniors/

Typically, I can add an image to any page/post and manipulate where it aligns, the size, whether it's linked, etc. and not be forced to use a featured image (it seems that's what's happening by default within this theme).

Any suggestions?

Wellness Pro has a setting for this.

Uncheck the box shown here:

Thanks much! That resolved the immediate problem of image duplicating.

Note: I submitted a ticket, too. Seems it may be a theme glitch. Since I had never set a featured image, whether the box was checked or unchecked should not have mattered.
