I'm somewhat familiar with studiopress themes but it's been almost a year since I've installed and set one up. I'm creating a blog with Foodie Pro and was surprised that after installing both the Genesis Framework and Foodie Pro, the activated website theme doesn't look at all like it's supposed to. Did I install the theme wrong?

I guess my questions are:
Why does the header seem stacked on the right side?
Where is the bulleted content coming from / how do I remove it?
Thanks in advance!http://www.theinsatiblelife.com
My guess is that some of your widgets are out of place. Look at the widget area make sure everything is in the correct place (under Appearances). Then use the theme documentation to set up your home page.
Thank you! That did the trick - I had a bunch of widgets in the header area and needed to move them down to the side bar.
While moving widgets over to the sidebar, I had a few more questions!

I've added in the demo content and am getting ready to start populating my own blog posts. I wanted to add the "Featured Content" to the sidebar - in the link above, you'll see that I set this up as a two column grid, where the image appears above the title. Then I noticed a random grey line under the post that says "Download Your Checklist Right Here." I'm not sure how to get rid of this. I've tried setting up the Featured Content widget a bunch of ways (2 column grid with 2 images, 2 column grid with 4 images, 3 columns with 3 images) and no matter what orientation I use, I still get 1 grey line... Has anyone else faced this issue?
The gray line is part of the theme design. It occurs at the bottom of each side widget area.

To change, look for border-bottom: 1px solid #eee;
