My client sent me this question/request:
"I got stuck again trying to find the user agent or IP address associated with the Outreach Pro Version: 3.1 (child) theme for their firewall. I'm not entirely sure that this will resolve it either but this is the challenge I am having at the moment. It is impacting our ability to make changes on the menu bar which we often use as we add new classes or close registrations on classes."
I'm not sure exactly what is being requested (since this issue never arose for me before) but any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@brucerawles Outreach Pro is a retired theme. I'm not sure why someone would be looking for:

and...
It is impacting our ability to make changes on the menu bar which we often use as we add new classes or close registrations on classes.
The theme isn't being rendered from an IP or user agent. Once the theme is installed, it's installed and all of the files live on the website owners hosting.
You may need to get more information about what they're trying to do.
