The best way to explain what I'd like to do is to show you...http://www.firstshreveport.org. Because of our square(isn) logo, we had to increase the height of the header and move the menu below the header. That leaves us with some gi-normous "negative space" at the top.

What I'd like to do is to put a slider there, and right-align it, so I can display things like worship times and contact info. But when I threw together some art and posts, with a custom tag to do this, I found that if you change the image size of the Genesis Slider, even if you have the Responsive Slider configured to different dimensions, it seems that both sliders want to be the same size. For obvious reasons, that won't work.

So...is it possible to have two sliders, one in the header and one not, both working, displaying different sizes?

And will the header slider show up on pages other than just the front page?

    Inquiring minds wanna know...

    Thanks!

    Brad

You can create another widget area there and add CSS to display the slider in that gap. http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/register-widget-area/

Or you could hook in another type of slider which offers a template tag or short-code and add a conditional tag to the code to control which pages it displays on.
