    Hi folks,

    Today I joined StudioPress forum 🙂

    I like this theme's layout (except the slider) at http://themeforest.net/item/pathaway-modern-business-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/5737905 and I'd like to build a Genesis site using this layout. The Pathaway theme is not well-developed or supported. In addition to Pathaway's layout, I like the galleries featured on the homepage and interternal pagees plus I like the category navigation.

    1. I wonder which Genesis child theme I could use to best replicate Pathaway. I've been looking at 3 Genesis child themes, Focus Pro, Balance and Crystal but the first 2 have landing pages and Balance has portfolio.

    2. I like the 3rd slider (Type 3 light) on http://themes.umbrella.al/?theme=klasik and I'd like to add it to a Genesis theme. Is it possible, and more importantly, easy to add 3rd party sliders in Genesis child theme?

    3. I wonder if NextGen gallery would be best suited for the gallery images on the homepage and internal pages.

    1. I would choose either, Executive Pro, Enterprise Pro or the Genesis Sample theme.
    2. As long as your slider of choice includes a short code or function then you can display it in any position using hooks.
    3. I suggest the native WordPress gallery as a 1st option.

    I truly appreciate your quick response.

    A visited genesisthemes.ca and I simply love the child themes available but I like Executive Pro child theme that you suggested.

    I want to use one of Genesis' main child themes and not a 3rd parth child theme because I want to get support from StudioPress (this doesn't mean that the other developers don't offer support). I just want reliable tech support for the theme.

    I'm also looking to buy Genesis Extender plugin.

    Questions:
    1. Will I get a discount if I purchase Genesis + Executive Pro? StudioPress offers discounts for its themes but I only want one.
    2. Will I get a discount if I purchase Genesis Extender plugin?
