    Hello There,

I am using Wellness pro theme for one of my website. The problem is I can not seem to be uploading relevant images properly. Whenever I upload an image in the Media section of the dashboard, it does show the name of the image but not the image itself. On the front end, it just shows a white space reserved for the image in question. But not the image itself.

Could anyone please provide any clue on how to solve this problem?

    Thanks and regards

    Hi,

What kind of error message is shown?

I had this problem once, I couldn;t upload .png-files, but had no problem uploading .jpg-files. This was a http-error.

Could also be that your folder permissions are not set correct. Can you upload the files perhaps via ftp?

No error message indeed. The image name shows up. But, practically, the image should show and not the name. Very strange

I had a similar problem once, when I had changed the media upload location in wp-config. If you did that, make sure it goes before "That's all, stop editing" (in wp-config).

Did you fathom it? I've just installed Wellness and love the ease of getting the background images into the Front page...

Appearance - Customise - Front page background image

If you already found that then no idea's what the problem is.
