Updates to my Site!

I need the following changes done to my website (Beautiful Theme):

1. Install Ninja Forms > Create a good and appealing Contact Form
2. Show Popular Posts with Thumbnails in Widget Area
3. Make my Blog Page and each Post (Have Read More Tag) look smaller and more compact so I can show more posts on each page.

See if I need these plugins Akismet, Floating social bar, iTheme security, Jetpack by WordPress and activate them...

Everything is pretty straight forward and can be done quickly and should not take a lot of time... I created my own site so I know the time inputs...I am getting more busy with creating the posts so need some help on design end.
