Unwanted Breadcrumbs: iThemes Exchange with Genesis Framework child themes

When using the iThemes Exchange plugin with any Genesis Framework 2.1.2 child theme, the Genesis Breadcrumbs menu shows up on Exchange pages (e.g. http://sample.com/store). Genesis breadcrumbs show even when all Genesis breadcrumbs settings are unchecked (OFF). Can you help us eliminate these unwanted breadcrumbs from the iTheme Exchange pages?

I realize this issue is localized to using the iThemes Exchange plugin and so I already submitted a ticket to iThemes. However, I believe a workaround is closer to the Genesis Framework than it is to the Exchange plugin.
