    I wish to move individual post meta info above the post title, I added this to my child theme function.php and gave it a higher priority than the title (default of 10) but it does not shift

    remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_meta');
    add_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_meta',9);

    remove_action( ‘genesis_entry_footer’, ‘genesis_post_meta’);
    add_action( ‘genesis_entry_header’, ‘genesis_post_meta’,9);
