Hello all,
I have recently updated to Genesis Framework Version: 3.3.1 and using Magazine Pro 3.1. I have been trying to change my footer/footer scripts through customize option and put a DMCA code on my footer. Unfortunately, I couldn't change it because the codes don't save when I click publish. Sometimes I get json_parse_error and sometimes shows published but don't save.
I did not find any solution to this on google and seek your help badly.
I have been facing another problem, which is changing the text colour in the post. I can change the colour in the draft but the output doesn't effect! I will be grateful if anyone can give me the solution to this too.
FYI, I am not a web designer. I am a blogger and try to fix technical problems through googling.April 5, 2020 at 7:00 am #497720AnitaKeymasterHi @nafiztahmid, what type of code are you trying to place. Can you paste your script in here? It sounds like the code is enter incorrect or you're saving it in the wrong place. Did you get the code from somewhere? If so, share that link to where you got it from.

<center> <a href="//www.dmca.com/Protection/Status.aspx?ID=4de6c1e8-8f1e-4352-a101-86bedb680cc8" title="DMCA.com Protection Status" class="dmca-badge"> <img src ="https://images.dmca.com/Badges/dmca-badge-w200-5x1-04.png?ID=4de6c1e8-8f1e-4352-a101-86bedb680cc8" alt="DMCA.com Protection Status" /></a> <script src="https://images.dmca.com/Badges/DMCABadgeHelper.min.js"> </script> </center>

Take the script part out and place that in the Header Scripts box. Take the remaining part and put it in the Footer box. See if that works for you.

April 5, 2020 at 10:25 am #497726nafiztahmidMemberIt did not work. Let me tell you one thing, I have this code in the footer box from the beginning. A few days back I have removed it and put the codes again, but it never saved. I just took screenshots and attached them here. The first one is when I put the code in the footer box in the draft and it shows the changes. The second one is my site after saving the codes. The changes don't affect.
April 5, 2020 at 10:54 am #497729AnitaKeymasterDo you have any caching plugins installed?

April 5, 2020 at 11:07 am #497733nafiztahmidMemberYes. I have tried after deactivating those plugin. It still did not work.
April 5, 2020 at 12:15 pm #497737AnitaKeymasterSee where it says
//www.dmca.com/
in the link? try adding https: to it like thishttps://www.dmca.com/
See if that will work.

April 5, 2020 at 12:33 pm #497738nafiztahmidMemberIt did not work either! I have tried with cache plugins and without cache plugins, it did not work.
April 5, 2020 at 12:55 pm #497740AnitaKeymasterYou might want to double check with where you got the code from to see why that's not working. Or you could install this - https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ and see if that will work.

April 5, 2020 at 1:12 pm #497741nafiztahmidMemberThanks a lot Anita. It worked fine with the plugin. I have some header scripts, for example, google verifications etc. in the customized Header Scripts box. Should I put those scripts in the plugin or leave it like that?
April 5, 2020 at 1:52 pm #497742AnitaKeymasterI would, just so you have everything in one place and avoids conflicts.
