Hi,
I've had my site for almost two years, and Twitter cards and rich pins both worked fine until a couple months ago.
Now, when anyone tweets any post from my site, the Twitter card does not appear. When I check links from my site on the Card Validator, I get this log: "INFO: Page fetched successfully INFO: 18 metatags were found ERROR: No card found (Card error)".
On Pinterest, when newer posts are pinned, it's not a rich pin, but rich pins are still working for older posts. When I check either old OR new posts with the rich pin validator, I get green checkmarks for Rich pins enabled, Site name, and Favicon - but the favicon that appears there isn't mine, it's my host's generic one. I also get this error message: "The data we scraped from your site could not be validated. Please make sure all required tags are present and you aren't serving different pages depending on different user agents."
Can anyone shed some light on what's going on? Thank you!

September 21, 2017 at 9:00 am #211702Victor FontModeratorThis would have nothing to do with the Genesis Framework or Studio Press themes. This is a plugin issue. The best place to get an answer is in whatever forums exist that are related to your plugins.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?September 22, 2017 at 7:41 am #211744PassionsAndPlacesMemberHi Victor,
Thanks for your response. I actually don't have any plugins that create Twitter cards (it has always been automatic) or pins. The issue seems to be that some metadata is now missing from my site somewhere, which is preventing social media platforms from being able to pull information from it. Twitter/Pinterest haven't been able to tell me any more than that, but I thought maybe someone here would have experienced something similar.
September 22, 2017 at 8:44 pm #211774Victor FontModeratorThere is absolutely nothing in the Genesis Framework that has anything to do with Twitter cards. You’re not using Yoast SEO?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?September 22, 2017 at 11:43 pm #211776PassionsAndPlacesMemberNo, I'm not using Yoast - I briefly tried it ages ago and deleted it after a couple weeks, but that was before this problem started. I'll look into whether it might somehow be related to this though, thank you!
September 23, 2017 at 5:46 am #211785Victor FontModeratorYou are using JetPack on your site. Jetpack supports Twitter cards as a part of its Sharing module. Make sure your accounts are still authorized. Account authorizations expire after a while.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?September 28, 2017 at 5:19 am #211950PassionsAndPlacesMemberThat's interesting - connecting JetPack to Twitter didn't solve the problem, but I contacted JetPack's support to see if there's anything else. Thanks for pointing that out!
