Hey do you have any tips for speeding up my website? I recently added a cache plugin, which helped, but it stills takes 4 seconds to load each page. I can't figure out how to speed up the process! I've read posts on the subject, but they usually include a lot of jargon that I don't understand.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

I believe you are using W3 total cache plugin. Try this combination WP super cache and WP minify plugins together and then check results.

I tried the combination, but it messed up the look of the website because almost all of the plugins became disorientated. Do you know a solution to this or have any other speed boosting suggestions?

Your site is not slow to load, it loaded quickly for me on ipad. Only thing that was slow was the 'new visitor' pop up. If you are on a shared server, there are times when your site might be slower. Read this article for some tips http://wpengine.com/2013/08/28/plugins-and-fast-wordpress-sites-its-not-the-number-of-plugins-its-the-quality/

@Anthony, your site is very heavy at 3 megs; reduce the weight of images and scripts and fix the theme issues with scaling images. See http://gtmetrix.com/reports/anthonygalli.com/uzIzzU2N Bluehost is nornaly a good host, but you may be on a slow server.
