When I try to place a picture on a page at the Smart Passive Income Pro theme, I also get the thumbnail of the same picture on the page. Even when I take the picture out again. The thumbnail still appears on the site, but not in the page editor. Who can tell me what happens and how I can solve it?

I am also having this issue. In fact, if I have the page / post featured images setting turned on it will even show a random image from my media library even though I don't have one assigned to the page. Here is an example of the double posted image. There is NO featured image assigned to this page, but it is taking my inline image and adding it as featured. I had the same problem and have asked it Studiopress. This is their reply:

The Smart Passive Income Pro theme has an option to enable/disable featured images at the top of single posts and pages. It sounds like that feature is enabled on your site, which is why the image is appearing at the top of the page.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Post and Page Images and uncheck the "Show featured image above post content?" box.

You can find more information about this feature in the theme instructions here: http://my.studiopress.com/setup/smart-passive-income-pro-theme/customize-your-settings/post-and-page-images/
