1. You could remove the header and hook in 3 widgets.

Or

2. Remove the header and replace it with 1 widget area which you can populate with 3 widgets then use CSS to display them inline.

Something like this should get you started:

remove_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_header' );
add_action( 'genesis_header', 'header_widgets' );
function header_widgets() {

genesis_widget_area( 'header-widget', array(
	'before'=> '<div class="header-widget widget-area">',
	'after'	=> '</div>',
) );

}

You'll also need to register a widget using the header-widget I.D and add CSS. https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_grid.asp

genesis_register_sidebar( array(
	'id'			=> 'header-widget',
	'name'			=> __( 'Header Widget' ) ) );

If you want to keep the title area, don't add the line of code to remove the header.
