Hello I looked a many of the themes available but I need a bit of help. What I want to do is to publish a course on programming Excel using mainly text, images and a couple of videos.
My course is divided in four sections. Each section need to have their sidebar adapted to the pages in that section. Of course there would be links to jump to another section.
I'm really new to all this and I spend a couple of dollars for themes that do not support creating as many sidebars as I need. Really I would need only 4).
Can you recommend a theme that would lead itself for a course that would use about 75 pages in four sections. Of course a cool landing page is also important so that I can interest visitors to my course and other course I give.

    Thanks for any suggestions

I think the Outreach theme might work well for you. I've seen other people who use that. You could then use the Genesis Simple Sidebars plugin to create the different sidebars that you need for the sections. There are four designated widget areas on the home page that can represent your four sections. This might be a good start for you.

For showing different sidebar for specific pages you can use simple sidebar plugin or hard code that functionality into theme. You check these themes:

    Quik - http://www.themesauce.com/quik/
    Stage 2 - http://www.themesauce.com/stage-2/

If none of available themes match your requirements, you can always hire professional to create custom theme for you (email iguiding AT gmail DOT com)
