    I am not able to edit a site using the Outreach Pro theme (http://demositev.xyz) because the theme customizer won't load. Actually, the problem is present whichever Genesis theme I use. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem?

    Hi,

    the customizer not loading usually means there is a Javascript conflict.

    You can try to
    1. de-activate your plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
    2. switch to one of the WordPress standard themes (Twenty Fourteen, ...) to see if it is Genesis specific
