Depends on what it is. There's a plugin named HTML Import 2 which may help. How many pages/posts do you have? Can you paste a link to your site please.

Look at your CMS to see if they have an export function. Here is information on Importing from other CMS programs - http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content. See if your CMS is listed and follow their instructions.

To prepare for the import, you can:

    1.  Create a new directory on your hosting account, for example, called "new site."
    2.  Install WordPress in the new site.
    3.  Then install the Genesis Framework and then your child theme.
    4.  Go to Tools > Import and look for the import plugin for your CMS exported file format.
    5.  Perform your import.

This way you can do all your testing before you go LIVE.
