    Hi:

I'd like to implement post excerpts just as in Metro Pro theme but I don't know if this is possible. I mean, in the same place of the square posts, at the bottom of the page, I want to have some posts with a Continue Reading.

If this is not possible in the homepage, could it be possible to have a slider in the Blog page? Thanks.

So you want the same layout, but with an excerpt below each featured post in the Home Featured Widget Area?

You can do that by changing the Genesis Featured Posts widget settings. The Swank setup instructions tell you to select "No Content" in the 'Content Type' dropdown menu. But you can change that to show excerpts or a content limit, and enter "Continue Reading" in the 'More Text (if applicable)' field.
