Hello,

I need to design a business card, can anyone suggest me if upwork would get it done or some service like 99designs but at a fraction of the price, they are too demanding for my budget at the moment.

Hello,

I tried Upwork but the result was terrible, I asked for refund and then moved to DesignCrowd which is a guarantee.
