Studiopress Themes Not Working on Bluehost…

I'm not sure how to describe the problem.

I have the cheap shared hosting plan on Bluehost. Every couple weeks all of my Studiopress-themed sites go blank (seems like this has happened since the most recent WordPress update. I also was down for a bit due to having to find and remove malware on one of the sites, but again - it's ONLY the Studiopress sites).

My one site on the old 2012 theme never goes down. I have to delete Genesis and reinstall it every time. Doesn't seem like this should be necessary.

Any clue why this might be happening?
