I am using Streamline Theme to develop a website at stayindonegal.com.

I am using The Events Calendar plugin with an Upcoming Events widget in the sidebar.
Although there are two upcoming events, the widget shows "There are no upcoming events at this time."
This only happens when using Streamline theme.
I have tested with the basic Genesis theme and Twenty Twelve themes and on both of those the two events are listed in the widget.

I have tried deactivating all other plugins to no avail.

Any ideas on this. I am baffled.

Open up the widget and check your settings again. There is probably something really small you are overlooking.

Thanks The problem seems to have been caused by another plugin 'Widget Controller' which works OK with other widgets but not with The Events Calendar.
