    I have disallowed comments and trackbacks on all Posts and Pages through Genesis > Settings but I still get comment spam.

    Any idea on how to stop comment spam when there's no way anyone can leave comments?

    Did you try my suggestions of removing the comment form allowed tags and website URL field?

    It works perfectly for me, never get any spam apart from manual which is minor.
