    Somehow I have hosed the new install of my Minimum 2.0 theme. I am willing to start over with a clean slate. What is the best way to remove my current theme including any previous tweaks, content, etc. So that when I reload Minimum 2.0 again, it will start at the expected place.

    Use FTP and delete the theme. Then reinstall it.
