Hello,
I'm using the Altitude Pro theme, and my client wants a splash page with an "enter site" button. When I set the home page to the splash page in the reading settings, it defaults back to what Altitude calls the home page, which has all the front page widget areas on it. Is there a way to get around this? Should I just code up a basic index.html page and FTP it for the splash page?

P.S. there's no way to get around not using the Splash page, I've already tried 🙂

Rename / delete front-page.php from your theme folder
