I have two menus and I would like to combine them into a single menu activated by the hamburger. I was thinking I could create a third menu with all of the menu items and have that displayed anytime the screen was small. How do I assign the third menu to be responsively displayed on smaller screens?

You would have to create the third menu and then modify the media queries, at whatever size you want, to hide the primary and secondary menu and show the third menu.

Thank you. When who understands viewports develops an GUI-based editor for this stuff I'll try that. Surprised that we're still editing CSS files manually for such important functionality, what a drag.
