When I have logged in on my wordpress site every page looks normal. But when log out some page looks really strange.

Check out thoose 2, what could be wrong?

    1 not normal http://amas.se/furukawa/hydraulhammare/stora-hydraulhammare/
    2 normal http://amas.se/simex/

On mobile everything seems to be normal.

Is there a server issue causing this?

It has something to do with your cache plugin: autoptimize. Either disable the plugin or try to clear the cache.

Clearing the cache might solve the problem, even if you want to remove it, you have to clear the cache first.

    I found this post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broke-my-css#post-3782150
According to the plugin developer, you can manually remove cache folder. Your site is still trying to load the cached CSS which is not there, so this might help or you can contact the plugin developer.
