I have several websites running the Genesis Framework plus various themes but haven't visited the theme store for a while. I wanted to change one of my themes to something more minimalist, but when I visit the themes page, the only option for StudioPress themes is to pay $360 for Genesis Pro? Is there seriously no way to just buy one theme? I wanted to buy Essence Pro theme but I'm sure not paying $360 for it.

If this is the new business model, I'm going to have to move off of Genesis. What other options are similar?
