I created some buttons on Home Widget 1, and one of the links is an anchor link to Home Widget 2. I've tried the anchor as both #featured-page-2 and #home-widgets, and each one scrolls past the content. Please advise, thank you so very much!!!

It's actually working as it should, it's simply not aware of your fixed menu. If you set the opacity of your fixed menu / header to 0.5, you'll see that it lines up perfectly, at the top of the page, not at the bottom of your fixed menu. I'm not 100% sure off hand how to offset your anchor text, but here's a relevant link that may do the trick.

Thanks, tried the link but that didn't work... I do now see what you mean about the fixed menu though. If anyone could help me offset I would sincerely appreciate it.

Ended up just using the Page Scroll to ID plugin, though a non-plugin solution would be awesome.
