    This is about the 4th Time in a year that I've had this problem with the 16-9 Pro Theme and I'm at my wits end - don't know what the problem is. I've deactivated all plugins and the Customizer still won't open. HELP!

    What all have you tried, i.e., downloading a fresh copy of the theme and re-installing it, re-installing WordPress itself, activating another theme, etc?
