Can you let me know the best way to add sidebars for a custom menu to appear on each of my portfolio pages please?

Looked at GSS plugin but was last updated 2 years ago and is untested with my version of WP. Also will this work on indivudaul Portfolio pages.

    Thanks

I'm not sure how well I understood your question. But you can add a custom menu with the 'custom menu widget'.

There is a plugin called widget logic which makes it easy for you to tell widgets to only appear on certain pages.

    Hi Stacey

Here's 3 solutions i spent a few hours working out and published on my membership site ( Not Free )

If you're looking for a free solution, you could try a custom sidebars plugin which works with custom post types. There are several in the WordPress.org plugins directory.

    Hi Brock.

I want to add a sidebar to my Portfolio pages. These don't act like standard pages though it seems.

I'll try a custom sidebar plugin.

I can't select a custom sidebar option on portfolio pages.
