Showcase Pro Theme – Front Page Hero Image not showing on front end

Showcase Pro Theme
My Front Page Hero Image was visible, but it is no longer. No change was made - I'm using the same image and no change was made to the image file. If I remove my Hero Image and replace with the default Hero Image (aerial view of hands on keyboard), that is not visible either. Suggestions?!?

No, nothing new. Pretty basic plugins. I recently changed my caching settings, but I changed them back to see if this was the conflict. No fix.

Do you have Jetpack installed? If so, deactivate and also flush cache again.

No Jetpack. Flushed cache again. No fix.
Removed text widget for Hero section - but still no Hero image showing. Added the text widget back again - no Hero image showing.

Looked through the code but can't find anything. Have you tried disabling all plugins to see if that works?
If you need further help let me know so I can take a closer look into your installation.

Hey, StudioPress, can you help me out? In addition to the previously mentioned attempts, I've deleted Showcase Pro theme, then reinstalled it. Still no hero image will show.

Hi,
I once had a problem that some Images didnt show up because the file permissions of folders and files did change without notice. Maybe check all permissions of your wordpress install.
