Show Eleven40 Page Title WIDGET Data ONLY on Home Page

I am using Eleven40 theme.  There is a built in widget called PAGE TITLE WIDGET.  This widget shows text below the main header on every page - and every post page..  I wish to show the text contained in the PAGE TITLE WIDGET only on the HOME page.

How do I do this?

Move the page title function from functions.php to home.php

If you dont want to move the code you can also alter the existing code on functions.php

add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'eleven40_page_title' );
function eleven40_page_title() {
if (is_front_page()) {

) );

}

Is this the entire code to Move:
