    hi all,

can anyone point me in the right direction on how to setup wordpress/genesis in dreamweaver? i've got MAMP setup and working fine but just can't seem to get it to work in dreamweaver.

maybe a link to a good tutorial? is there extra work involved in working with child themes?

    thanks

You need to put the website files you want to work on in htdocs in Applications - Mamp and then define the site in DW, hook it up to Testing Server, choose PHP mySQL and Access - Local Network. You might need to redefine the Testing Browser in DW or change the localhost port. I can't remember which one as I have not done it in a while.

This is not the place to look for Mamp and DW info, try this link
