    Is there a way to set the author comment link to open in a new window without using a plugin?

    When someone leaves a comment on my site and they enter their website address, a link to their site is created which opens in the same window. I’d like that link to open in a new window.

    For an example, click on the author links on this post: http://jenniferskitchen.com/2015/10/loaded-sweet-potatoes.html
