I added a custom header to my site. How do I keep max width at 940 so that is doesn't stay responsive over that size?

Also, when I changed it to custom header the thumbnail pictures for each post disappeared.

Sorry to have to tell you this, but your new header image is not responsive -- at any width.

What did you do to implement your custom header? Please share the code used.
