I was working on the CSS of my website. When I clicked UPDATE FILE, I lost all access to my website and the admin panel.

How can I get to the admin panel so that I can fix my CSS edits??

What exactly did you put in the CSS?

In the Streamline Child Theme: Theme Functions (functions.php),
under, **Relocate the post info function */
    next to add_action
    I deleted the 'genesis_before_post'

I'm new to this stuff. I can't just get back to the Cpanel and replug in 'genesis_before_post'?
