Search page issue

I use ihomefinder for my idx and i have links for my home search page from them.

in order to get it to work on my home search page:  http://homesaroundalpharetta.com/mls-search, i had to add this code:

<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://homesaroundalpharetta.com/advanced-mls-search/" />

 

and when you click on the page, it refreshes and redirects to display the content on the page. I dont want it to do that because it can be a lag time in some browsers. i just want the content from this page: http://homesaroundalpharetta.com/advanced-mls-search/

to be embedded or displayed there.

 

can anyone help me with the code to use for that? not only can it create an issue with lag time but the page looks boring and i want to add text and style it a little.

I agree it looks boring. This is a question best directed to your IDX provider. Your IDX provider should be able to give you code that you can put on a WP page that you create (or have already created) for this purpose. Your IDX provider may tell you that certain code needs to be loaded in the "head" of that specific page. If that's the case, post back and someone will probably be able to give you directions on how to do that if the IDX provider is unable to. If this is a paid IDX product, the provider should be able to tell you how to implement it; otherwise, you may want to look at other IDX providers who commit to do that.
