Search Box Won't Show in Parallax

Hi - My search box won't show in my site header. My theme is Parallax. Thanks in advance for any tips.

Here is how the code reads now:

Do you have a search box anywhere on the site right now? Without being able to look at the code on the site, it will be hard to tell what's going on.

Hi Andrea - No, there is no search box now. There was on the old theme; when I installed Parallax Pro, it went away.

You can see from the code I posted in my original message that there does appear to be code in the CSS for a search box, but it does not appear on the the site.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Can you drag a search widget somewhere on the site temporarily so I can take a look? Without being able to see it, having the CSS doesn't tell me much.

Thanks, Andrea. I didn't realize I could just pull in a widget. That fixed it.
