I'm using Swank theme and most of my posts include a recipe. I want to markup my posts/recipes using Schema.org so that they'll translate to Pinterest recipe rich pins. I know there are a few popular plugins, such as Easy Recipe or the Raven plugin, that handle this. However, I've been entering my recipes as text/html formatting and I really like how they look. I don't want to leave presentation to a plugin, and when I tested the Raven plugin, that was exactly the problem. The fields were convenient, but I had to duplicate everything I had already entered in the post, then I also had to deal with an ugly box containing my recipe on the page.

Is there any plugin or manual method that wouldn't add hours to each post through which I can add the Schema.org recipe markup? After a few hours of research, I understand what the markup is, I just am not a developer so I don't know how to actually get it into my posts.

I've activated the Genesis SEO settings on a couple posts for the moment. This is allowing me to at least apply for rich pins as an article type, but the Pinterest presentation isn't as robust as it could be, and the recipe markup isn't in my post that way for any other uses besides Pinterest. The link below is one of the posts where I've activated the title and description settings in Genesis.
