    One user is reporting that the Portfolio links on the sidebar work, but when they click on the thumbnail image on the Portfolio page, which is the exact same link, they get an error message.

    Does anyone know why this might be happening? They are using IE 11 on Windows.

    Sometimes that happens with custom post types. Get them to try doing a hard refresh, which is ctrl + F5.
