I'm having a bit of an issue with the header on this site:

    S3managementgroup.com

Because the logo is fixed on the leather strip behind it, it doesn't always line up correctly. Here is a screen shot from my laptop, where it is lined up as I want it:

Here is the screenshot from the client's monitor which is larger, so the alignment is skewed:

I understand how to change this in media queries using edited images for smaller screens, but how to do it for larger screens?

You have to separate the logo from the leather strip. The leather strip should repeat-x in the header section to go all the way across the page, and then you place the logo in the title-area. The way you have done it they will never align correctly.

    Lynne,

Thank you so much! I am almost there, but the logo is bumped up on the left.

I removed the header and primary nav from the wrap. How can I get the left side of the log to align with the left side of the menu items and the slider?

I will be happy to pay you for your time on this. Thanks so much!

Okay! That was a lot of running around in circles! Put it back in the wrap and it works. Now I just want to remove the space between the primary nav menu and the header. If you feel like checking it out, I would appreciate it!

There is a space for a widget area on line 1048 .site-header .widget-area. Remove it.

Thank you, I've got it down to a little sliver of space. Any thoughts on that? I've looked through the CSS and can't figure out what else it might be.

Again, I would be more than happy to pay for your time. Thank you so much for your help, Lynne!

Line 1035 change the margin-bottom to -5px. It's not the best solution to use a negative margin, but at this late hour it's the best I can do. If that doesn't work, contact me through my website and I'll take a better look when I'm wide awake! LOL
