    Is there a way to reduce the height of the background image in AgentPress Pro?

    When I add the background image at the demo resolution, 1600 x 870 pixels, the image looks good, but it is so tall that it forces other elements on the page quite a ways down. I've tried cropping the image to 1600x670 pixels, but the image just seems to get stretched to the full 870 pixel height. I was hoping the child theme would automatically resize the space, but it doesn't seem to do that.

    I've looked in the css, functions and front page files, but don't seem to see anything to resize the height of the background image.

    Thanks in advance

    @scottsdaleexpert it may not be the background size you need to change. I see you have a lot of padding applied to the .home-featured area:

    .home-featured .wrap {
        position: relative;
        padding: 200px 0 0;
    }

    and

    .home-featured .widget:last-child {
        margin-bottom: 200px;
    }

    Try reducing the 200px instead.

    Oh, yes, this does appear to have been the real problem. Too much padding (by default). I cut both to 50 and it fixed the issue for me.

    Thanks Vanessa!
