ParticipantI would appreciate it if you could visit the Website below and let me know if it displays OK for you.
A client is having a problem with a http://www.IndianaLakeHomes.com. The problem they are reporting is regarding “Listings” shown on Home Page. Upon selecting a listing and attempting to open the listing, they report an incomplete screen appears with only the header or an error message below that. They claim is is happening on numerous computers and for numerous individuals, all browsers. All browsers bring up the home page without an issue. The problem comes with trying to open a listing to get more information. Firefox works intermittently, IE, Safari and Chrome will never bring up the individual page on each listing.
I cannot recreate the message on any of my Windows computers or using any browser or on my iPad.
The site is running:

WordPress 3.5.2
Genesis Version: 1.9.2
StudioPress Version 2.0.1July 7, 2013 at 5:48 pm #49715Susan
ModeratorI just viewed a listing in Chrome, and had no trouble opening up the page with details. You can see my screenshot here:

ModeratorAlso - I just tested another listing in IE, and had no issue, either.

ParticipantThank you. I hope others will test also so I can report back from a larger test sample. Client doesn't believe the issues can be local to her.

ModeratorSince most people who are assisting users on this forum won't look at posts which already have a reply, you may not get many other people looking at this post. I'm going to tweet this thread to see if I can get other people to look at your site to test for you.

MemberTested on Chrome, Win 7, and loaded fine.
What error message did they say they were getting?
On an unrelated note, some of the slugs for the listings seemed to have got mangled - listing 12, 13 and whatever the last four are before the more properties by the water link. For example http://indianalakehomes.com/listings/1140-pintail-court/ suggests it should be 1140 pintail court, yet the text and photo on the home page and single page suggest 11991 W. Grandview Drive.

ParticipantGary, looking for the message they sent with the error (have requested again as I mistakenly deleted that screen capture... I believe it states something about "server/database connection issue."

ParticipantHey, everyone - Thank you VERY MUCH for your help. I had a discussion with the client stressing to retrace we steps of the past few days since error occurred and try to go back and undo/remove anything that she had done to see if she could correct it. She has informed me that after doing that it is now working for her. She is checking with others who reported the issue but I am guessing it will work for them also.
I really appreciate the forum support on this and will be glad to reciprocate if you need assistance in the future.
Thanks!
