    Hi,
    Genesis Simple Share is great.
It shows up nicely below a post title and the post meta.

When I add featured images to my posts - the Simple Share Icons are always positioned below the featured image - instead of remaining above it with the post title and post meta.

I've tried using different hooks, and different priorities from none to 1000.
    'genesis_before_entry'
    'genesis_entry_content'
    'genesis_entry_header'

The Simple Share plugin always gets positioned below the featured image.

Does anyone know which Genesis Hook the Simple Share plugin is hooked into single posts?

Or how to achieve the layout used on the Copyblogger Blog (which uses all the same parts)

    Blog

    Thanks for any tips.

This looks like the template tag you can use in a custom function with any genesis hook and conditional tag

    genesis_share_icon_output( 'before_entry_header', array(  'twitter', 'facebook', 'googlePlus' ) );

before_entry_header can be changed to any other hook position. You may even be able to use any WordPress hook.

Untested as i don't have a copy of the plugin otherwise you could send me one if you want it tested. [email protected]

    Hi Brad,

Thank you! I'll try this out and see how far I get.

The Simple Share plugin is free by signing up at Brian Gardner's blog.

Will let you know what happens with this code snippet.
